Bio
Emily started her espresso career right by getting professional training from Jasper’s certified Baristas and competition finalists. She very quickly developed a passion for the art of espresso and began studying latte art and practicing for competition. In the fall of 2004, Emily wowed the judges at the WRBC with a wink and a taste of her “lavender creme” specialty drink. They awarded her a place in the finals and Emily was hooked. She made the semi-finals in 2005 and performed again in 2006. By this time, Emily was consistently pouring beautiful latte art and demonstrated her skill on her cappuccinos at nationals in 2006. Emily plans to become a certified judge. Emily is available several mornings a week to pour a beautiful rosetta on your drink. Come visit Emily to get all your coffee geek questions answered!
